Booking Cancellation/Modification Policiy

Your $50 deposit will be applied toward the service you booked.

Please provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your $50 deposit, which will be used as the cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file.
Because appointments fill up quickly, we strongly recommend rescheduling at least 72 hours in advance by texting or calling 516-531-6335, or by logging into your Patient Dashboard to make changes.
Membership & Package Holders:
If you are a package or membership holder with a prepaid service, the card on file will still be charged a $50 cancellation fee for late cancellations.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file.

Weight Management & Hormone Replacement Appointments:
All initial appointments require a non-refundable $150 deposit.
No additional cancellation fee will apply beyond this deposit.
An invoice will be sent to your email.
