Booking Cancellation/Modification Policy
Your $100 deposit will be applied toward the service you booked.

Please provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in your $100 deposit being forfeited, and an additional $100 cancellation fee will be automatically charged through our booking portal. This fee is non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file.

Because appointments fill up quickly, we strongly recommend rescheduling at least 72 hours in advance by texting or calling 516-531-6335, or by logging into your Patient Dashboard to make changes.

Membership & Package Holders:

If you are a package or membership holder with a prepaid service, the card on file will still be charged a $100 cancellation fee for late cancellations.

Prepaid packages have an expiration date of 16 weeks from purchase date. Laser hair removal packages have an expiration date of 36 weeks (approx 9 months).

10. Consultations Policy: We provide free consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. We believe that an informed client with realistic expectations achieves the best results. Deposit Policy: Appointment deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is not provided within 72 hours.Deposits cannot be applied to future appointments unless otherwise approved.For emergencies, a doctor’s note may be required to have the deposit refunded.If a patient no-shows, Babe Aesthetics reserves the right to charge 50% of the service value.

Pricing & Prepayments Policy: Pricing for products and services may change at any time.Prepaid services must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase.If there are payment issues with credit/debit cards or CareCredit (e.g., chargebacks, fraud), cash payment will be required to continue services.Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, CareCredit, Cherry, or cash. Checks are not accepted.
13. Returns & Refunds Policy: Skincare products may be returned unopened in original packaging within 30 days. Opened or used products are non-returnable.Gift cards are non-refundable.Prepayments for services are refundable within 10 days of purchase.Services already received are non-refundable.Training course payments are non-refundable.
14. Child Policy: To ensure safety and comfort for all clients, children should not be left unattended. An adult must accompany any child under 18 receiving services.
15. Pet Policy: For the health and safety of all clients, Babe Aesthetics maintains a No-Pets policy. Only working service animals are permitted.
